Share a conversation
Sometimes it’s easier to share a conversation with a friend or colleague than copy paste its answers. Create a link to a conversation and send it to someone, and they can read (and write if enabled) the chat in their browser.
You can create the link from the chat or from the sidebar.
From the chat

The grid button at the top right opens the chat actions. Choose Share conversation, switch on Public link, then choose Copy link. The button reads Copied! while the link is on your clipboard.
From the sidebar

Hover over the chat and click the three-dot button on the right. Choose Share conversation. The same dialog opens, so switch on Public link and choose Copy link. A share icon appears next to the chat’s name while the link is active.
What sharing does
The link opens the conversation, so anyone who has it can read the current chat. Switch on Allow others to join if you want others also to send their own messages and drive the conversation forward. With it off, the conversation is read-only for them.
While a chat is shared, DentroChat turns off personal memory and cross-conversation search for it. The dialog also reminds you of this before you create the link.
The owner of the shared chat can edit existing user messages just like normal and switch between the branches of previous chats, but externals cannot. That way you stay in control of the overall flow of the conversation.
Change link creates a new address and stops the old one from working. Turn Public link off to stop sharing. The old link stops working and the share icon disappears from the sidebar.
On a phone
On a phone, open the chat and use the grid button at the top right, or open the sidebar from the menu button at the top left and tap the three-dot button beside the chat. Choose Share conversation, switch on Public link, and choose Copy link.
