Subprocessors

DentroChat uses the following third-party subprocessors to provide our service. All subprocessors are located within the European Union or in Switzerland, whose data protection law (FADP) is closely aligned with GDPR and recognised by the EU as adequate. We do not use any US-based subprocessors.

Self-Hosted Infrastructure
The following services are self-hosted on Hetzner servers in Germany. No data is shared with third parties for these services.

Data Flow Summary
When you use DentroChat, your data flows as follows:
- Website visit: Analytics data processed by our self-hosted Plausible instance in Germany (no personal data collected)
- Login & account: Handled entirely on our servers in Germany
- Chat messages: Routed via Cortecs (Austria) to Mistral AI SAS (France), Nebius (Netherlands), Infomaniak (Switzerland), Inceptron (Sweden), Tensorix (Ireland), or AKI.IO (Germany) for AI processing, then stored on our servers in Germany
- Image generation: Processed by Black Forest Labs in Germany
- Web search: Processed by Linkup Technologies in France
- Backups: Stored encrypted at Hetzner (Germany) and Scaleway (France)
- Emails: Transactional, marketing, and support emails via Lettermint B.V. (Netherlands). Manual email correspondence via Migadu-Mail GmbH (Switzerland).
Changes to Subprocessors
We will update this page when we add or remove subprocessors. If we add a subprocessor that materially changes how your data is processed, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance, giving you the opportunity to object or terminate your subscription.
