Paul Plessing is the co-founder and Tech Lead of DentroChat and Dentro. He holds a degree in Software Engineering from Technical University Graz and has several years of professional experience in cryptography, distributed systems, and production AI.

He leads the technical architecture behind DentroChat's 100% European-hosted stack operating without US cloud providers or US subprocessors, and builds custom European and air-gapped on-premise AI systems for enterprise clients across Europe.
