What will it cost?

Pricing will be per seat and published before launch. Organisations on the waitlist hear it first.

Which AI models does it use?

Leading open-weight models, hosted by European providers and routed through Cortecs in Austria. Admins decide which models their team can use.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. Your chats and files are never used to train AI models, by us or by our providers.

Where exactly is our data?

The application and your files run on Hetzner in Germany. AI requests are processed by European inference providers via Cortecs. Encrypted backups are kept in Germany and France. The full list is on our subprocessors page.

Can we use it with client or patient data?

That’s what it’s built for. Whether a specific use is allowed depends on the rules of your profession. We provide the documentation you need and work through the contractual side with you.
