DentroChat (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered chat platform that allows users to interact with various AI models. By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

2. Beta Program

2.1. DentroChat is currently in beta. The first 200 users will receive free access during this period.

2.2. Beta users acknowledge that the service may have bugs, limited features, and occasional downtime.

2.3. We reserve the right to end the beta program at any time and transition to a paid service model.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You must create an account to use DentroChat. Provide accurate and complete information.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion.

4. AI Models and Content

4.1. DentroChat provides access to various AI models. We do not own these models and are not responsible for their outputs.

4.2. You retain ownership of the content you input. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content to improve our services.

4.3. Do not upload any confidential or sensitive information. We cannot guarantee the security of data processed by third-party AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1. You agree not to use DentroChat for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Generating harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempting to access or manipulate our systems or the AI models
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing other users or our staff

5.2. We reserve the right to monitor user activity and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1. After the beta period, DentroChat will transition to a paid service. Pricing will be announced before the transition.

6.2. Users will have the option to subscribe on a monthly or annual basis.

6.3. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1. DentroChat is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

7.2. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service or any AI-generated content.

7.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In these jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

8.1. We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.

8.2. Your continued use of DentroChat after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of DentroChat shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia.
